Craig has had an extensive career in Agribusiness, where he has worked for corporations including Western Mining, Grain Corp, Elders and Cargill. More recently he started up a quarantine feedlot centre and through this, he was introduced to DIT. Craig’s feedlot was essential in leading the MLA trials for the uCALM Export supplement. Through this exposure, Craig became an early stage investor and due to his passion in the technology, he came on board as our Nationals Sales manager.

Josh Greene

Southern Regional Sales Manager

Josh grew up on a Western Victorian merino sheep property. His expertise is extensive, spanning many agricultural industries including beef, lamb and wool production, not to mention dairy, broad acre cropping and pasture production. He comes on board with great knowledge of the nutritional requirements of both sheep and cattle and how innovative technology can support this. Having completed a degree in agribusiness through Sydney University he started his career in the southeast of South Australia working for one of the larger rural retailers before taking on a role with GrainCorp in Western Victoria. Following this he spent a many number of years working for leading pasture seed companies throughout Southern Australia which is where he further grew his knowledge and passion for livestock production. With a need to get back closer to the family farm Josh spent a number of years as procurement manager for an export hay business prior to starting his own feed brokering business which he still successfully runs today, alongside his role leading up our sales team in southern Australia from our Victorian office based in Horsham.

Ben Giblett

Ben has been involved in the Live Export Industry for last 13 years. Working throughout all parts of the supply chain from Farm gate, pre export quarantine, sailing on livestock vessels, as well as support in market countries. Being involved in the Live export industry has seen Ben working in many countries across the globe. In market support in South East Asia, China, Middle East, Europe, and North and South America.

Ben has recently finished as the Export Operations manager of 5 years responsible for the export of up to 350,000 head per year to South East Asian markets and now joins DIT to identify and manage our opportunities in local and Global export markets.

Jondy McLean

Territory Manager, Central and Western Queensland

Prior to working for DIT, Jondy owned and managed his own company for more than 10 years. He worked as a grazier in Western Queensland, giving him intimate knowledge of how supplements have the power to increase production for both sheep and cattle in arid and dry regions. He also has vast expertise in the manufacturing of farming, plant equipment. Jondy will be a familiar face around Central and Western QLD as he hits the road to service our clients.

Henry Stacey

Henry grew up on a cattle station in North QLD, after school he began studies in communications and engineering. However, his passion was with the livestock industry, where he looks to use his hardworking and innovative attitude to improve the face of agriculture. Since starting at DIT he has been hugely involved in our water supplementation trials and developments in the live export. Henry is based as a Territory Manager in Mt Isa, serving the gulf of Carpentaria and Eastern Barkly Tablelands.

Oscar McLean

Oscar spent his earlier years growing up on a sheep and cattle station in South-West Queensland, before moving to Toowoomba to complete his schooling. After school Oscar spent two years working on cattle stations across the Barkly Tablelands and Eastern Kimberly where he developed a keen passion for the agricultural industry. As a result, Oscar chose to study a Bachelor of Agribusiness at Marcus Oldham College where he is in his final year of study. Oscar joins the DIT team as a Territory Manager based across Northern Australia.

Ben grew up and completed his schooling in Toowoomba. After school, he spent three years working in broadacre farming across Australia and Canada before returning to the region to study a Bachelor of Agribusiness at the UQ (Gatton). Ben has developed a passion for agtech and aims to help to close the agtech adoption gap. He has experience in broadacre farming, horticulture and agtech industries and has joined DIT as Territory Manager with a focus on new market opportunities.

Clint Giblett

Clint comes to DIT with a wealth of experience in the Live Export industry. He started with Wellard rural Exports in 1996 as a stockman at the Le Bergeria sheep export feedlot in Baldivis western Australia. From 2002 he spent 9 years sailing on livestock ships around the Middle East, Indonesia and Mexico.

Following this, Clint moved up the ranks of Wellard’s breeding and dairy division, buying and managing exports for China and Pakistan. This role saw him managing agistment properties, breeding programs and logistics. In 2016 Clint oversaw the construction and management of a 6000 head cattle export depot.

Clint joins DIT to service existing clients and look for new opportunities across the Southern States and into Southern WA.

Tom is immensely passionate about the opportunities for agriculture in Australia. Tom holds a Bachelors degree in Agribusiness from UQ Gatton. In January 2017, Tom became DIT’s first full-time employee, joining the team as sales manager. Tom has been heavily involved in every facet of the business and has relished the challenged of being involved in a start-up. Tom now holds the role of Chief Operations Officer due his thorough knowledge and understanding of how DIT operates at every level.

Will Harrington

Will comes to DIT with an extensive background in engineering and manufacturing of remote monitoring systems.  Will has completed his Computer Systems Engineering degree and a thesis on RFID Readers in the livestock industry. He comes on board as our CTO after the DIT acquisition of his business Harrington Systems Electronics.  Will owns a cattle property in North-West QLD and is ideally placed to conduct R & D as he is passionate and dedicated to providing innovative farm management services.

Max Gillham

Max’s background and experience in the field of electrical engineering makes him ideal to lead our Production team based in Townsville. Max spent 5 years as a civil designer after graduating from USQ and has since held a variety of roles in the electrical engineering fields. He has spent time as a station hand which helped him to understand the challenges facing graziers in Australia. Max also has a longstanding association with the armed forces.

A graduate of the University of Queensland Bachelor of Applied Science program, Susannah spent 5 years in Northern and Central Queensland as a Sales Nutritionist. As part of this role she travelled extensively throughout Queensland, visiting properties and formulating diets. Suse is a valuable resource to DIT and will be assisting the COO in a range of tasks including nutritional research, food safe practices and day to day running of our distribution centers.
